1. About Wellcura

Wellcura provides a digital platform that connects individuals with qualified specialists and provides tools and resources intended to support mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

Wellcura is a technology platform and is not itself a hospital, emergency medical facility, or replacement for emergency medical care.

Services available through Wellcura may vary depending on your location, the specialist you choose, and the services currently offered on the platform.

2. Specialists & Professional Care

Specialists available through Wellcura may include professionals such as counselors, psychologists, therapists, wellness practitioners, and spiritual mentors.

Where applicable, Wellcura takes steps to review the identity, professional qualifications, and relevant credentials of specialists before they are approved to provide services through the platform.

However, each specialist is responsible for the professional advice, opinions, recommendations, and services they provide.

Information or guidance provided during a consultation represents the professional judgment of the individual specialist and should not automatically be considered advice from Wellcura.

You are encouraged to select a specialist whose qualifications and area of practice are appropriate for your needs.

3. Your Account

Some Wellcura features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You should not share your password or account access with another person.

If you believe that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you should notify Wellcura as soon as possible.

Wellcura may restrict or suspend accounts where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Appointments & Consultations

Wellcura allows users to discover specialists, schedule appointments, and participate in consultations through the platform.

When you book an appointment, you are responsible for providing accurate information and being available at the agreed time.

Appointment availability, duration, fees, cancellation periods, and other conditions may vary depending on the specialist.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as early as possible.

Where a specialist or service has a specific cancellation policy, that policy will be communicated to you before or during the booking process.

5. Payments & Refunds

Where paid services are available, applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your booking or payment.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount associated with your selected service.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes may be subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to the particular service or specialist.

Wellcura may update service fees from time to time. Any applicable price will be presented before you confirm a new booking.

6. Community Spaces & Circles

Wellcura may provide community spaces such as support circles, discussion areas, and other member-to-member interactions.

These spaces are intended to encourage respectful and supportive conversations.

When participating in a community space, you agree to:

• Treat other members and specialists with dignity and respect.
• Protect the privacy of information shared by other members.
• Avoid harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Avoid posting sexually explicit, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Avoid impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Not use the platform to advertise, spam, solicit, or promote unrelated services.
• Not share another person's private information without their permission.
• Not use community spaces to provide professional medical or psychological advice unless you are appropriately qualified and authorized to do so.

Wellcura may remove content or restrict access to community spaces when necessary to protect users or maintain a safe environment.

7. Prayer Walls & Spiritual Spaces

Wellcura may provide prayer walls, spiritual reflection spaces, or similar features for users who wish to share messages of encouragement, prayer, or personal reflection.

Participation in these spaces is voluntary.

Users should respect the beliefs, backgrounds, and personal boundaries of others. These spaces must not be used to harass, shame, threaten, manipulate, or target another person.

Spiritual content shared through the platform should not be presented as a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, or emergency care.

8. Wellness Resources

Wellcura may provide articles, educational materials, exercises, wellness resources, or other informational content.

These resources are provided for general educational and wellness purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose a medical or psychological condition, replace professional care, or provide individualized medical advice.

If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consider speaking directly with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We understand that information shared through a wellbeing platform can be highly personal.

Wellcura takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the platform and to control access to account, appointment, and service information.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality.

Information may also be subject to applicable privacy laws, our Privacy Policy, and the requirements of the professionals providing services through the platform.

10. Emergency & Crisis Situations

Wellcura is not an emergency service.

The platform should not be used as a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

If you or another person is experiencing an immediate medical emergency, is in immediate danger, or requires urgent professional assistance, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital or emergency department.

Do not rely on a Wellcura appointment, message, community post, or other platform feature for immediate emergency assistance.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Wellcura to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Impersonate another user, specialist, or organization.
• Misuse another person's personal information.
• Abuse, threaten, harass, or deliberately harm other members or specialists.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

We may take appropriate action when these Terms are violated, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access to the platform.

12. Platform Availability

We work to keep Wellcura available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Maintenance, technical problems, updates, security incidents, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access to certain features.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

13. Intellectual Property

The Wellcura name, branding, platform design, software, content, graphics, and other materials provided by Wellcura are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your continued use of Wellcura after updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms of Care.
